Fenomena Alam di Kupang, NTT

Gambar diatas diambil di Pantai Warna yang terletak di kecamatan Oesapa Kota Kupang. Fenomena alam ini dinamakan "Miting" oleh masyarakat Kupang dan ini hanya terjadi diantara bulan Juni dan Juli setiap tahunnya.

Miting adalah dimana air laut menyusut sehingga peisisir pantai menjadi lebih lebar daripada seharusnya.

Ketika kaki kita sampai di Pantai Warna, maka kaki akan menapaki pasir putih terlebih dahulu sama seperti kalau kita ke pantai berpasir dimanapun namun setelah berjalan semakin jauh ke arah laut maka kaki kita akan berpindah berjalan diatas lumpur yang sangat lembut, inilah yang dsebut "Miting".

Jika mengunjungi Kota KUPANG khususnya diantara Bulan Juni dan Juli jangan lupakan singgah ke Pantai Warna di daerah Oesapa yaaaa.
